fruit juice/milk/soda + some protein is good, depends on your cravings
Cope jfl at u im starting to see the ray peat flaws. I just ate lots of meat so it's not protein plus my body is literally screaming for rice. U lucky asf i don't have milk, fruit juice or soda to verify

protein lowers the blood sugar, and rice is a sugar in complex/starch form, so obviously

Holy fuck KJ @KJ you was right just ate more meat made the feeling worse. I then had no other option i just ate straight sugar like a horse and it made things a bit better

yeah, man, sounds like hypoglycemia. I find that eating often, even throughout the night, is good for keeping up the blood sugar.

It’s pretty inexpensive. Buy coconut oil, beef gelatin, sugar in bulk and find the best quality for the price eggs and milk.

KJ @KJ is it bad if i eat sugar and right after salt? Isn't the opposite better?

Also how do i know when i need to eat sugar and when i need salt for sure?
