A bicep curl is a concentric movement how is that not stress?
A bicep curl consists of both concentric and eccentric motions, like every other weight exercise

Any type of event that depletes glucose beyond your available storage is detrimental, so that certain point of past depletion is indeed individual, most people would definitely be better off without endurance exercise like Peat mentioned.

How are they stressed they just sit on ass all day
If they consume the anti-metabolic substances, they aren’t able to maintain a glucose oxidative state, thus they rely on the fat/stress metabolism

The people that I know that are actually jacked have extreme workouts putting their body through lots of stress. Things like over trining is a meme. As long as you get good sleep your good.
