Personally, I first look at someone’s introversion/extroversion then if they rely mostly on sensing or logic, and that leaves me one trait and I can compare my subject in a more accurate manner, like puzzle piecing.
Is EII similar to INTJ? Because that's the one I relate the most to on the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator.
But other than that, it seems to be at least somewhat accurate, I suppose.
