iv been thinking of making clams, oysters and shrimp my primary protein sources

Secondary being eggs and whey from powder, Greek yogurt and milk protein

And ofc bone broth and collegen powder

i want seafood superbad. its alr tho. coping with fish oils :wat:
When I first mega dosed fish oil I was taking 12 pills a day, my balls grew bigger and my loads were huge.

I’m taking a break from it now, will start up again when I plan on unloading on a white girls face.
