I’m failing at no fap hard so that my be a factor and my sleep isn’t great
Taking vital proteins collagen daily and getting a moderate amount of protein
For carbs I’m sticking with potato’s beans and fruits, cutting back in rice
My caffeine intake is pretty high so that may be a problem
And other suggestions?
