I’m failing at no fap hard so that my be a factor and my sleep isn’t great

Taking vital proteins collagen daily and getting a moderate amount of protein

For carbs I’m sticking with potato’s beans and fruits, cutting back in rice

My caffeine intake is pretty high so that may be a problem

And other suggestions?

Are you feeling tired/fatigued? Beans can be an issue since they're hard to digest and lead to endotoxin formation.

Have you measured your vitamin D levels?

Have you tried eating liver and oysters weekly?

I haven’t been going hard on the beans so I doubt it but maybe bread or rice is doing it

No I haven’t it could be vitamin D tbh

Iv been sleeping on liver and oysters tbh
Are mussels a subsitute for oysters? The canned ones aren’t that good

Commercial bread usually has seed oils and gum leaveners that can also potentially irritate one's digestive tract. Rice is usually fine.

Mussels are a good source of selenium, but when it comes to zinc and copper, compared to oysters, not so much.

Try 4-5oz of liver and evaluate how you feel afterward.
