Back to gymcelling for about a month before I was MMAmaxxing for a couple months wanted to try something but I got bored of it. Now I'm back at it to add more size to my body, 10 to 20 pounds should be fine

I don't have a scale a guy told he'll get it for me and its been more than two years. Still waiting on it

So here are my lifts for right now

Dead 225 for 3 reps

Squat 204 for 7 reps

i haven't done bench press yet instead I was doing dumbbell press. I'll bench again next and update my lift for bench press

I haven't done overhead press yet but I'll do it next week just been busy with stuff but I'll do my best to make time for it

With those deadlift and squat numbers id think you'd be bigger.

How much protein are you getting daily?

I haven't counted I make sure to consume protein in every meal

I eat 3-4 times a day

snack 50 grams of Walnuts
You should count your intake for a day it might be holding you back from putting on more size.

Using a small scale makes it way easier.

For muscle hypertrophy
3 to 4 sets of 6 to 12 reps
150 pounds deadlift
125 for squat

Just to start out. If it's too easy increase the weight. Do the same for every other compound exercise you're going to add

I was doing rep range like that tbh for some reason my ego wanted me to start lifting heavy

around 135-140 lb
Ya I would say count your protein intake more closely you probably want to get around 130 + grams a day.

I would say optimize eating and sleeping as a priority.

With those lift numbers it sounds like your training is good enough.

Ohhh that's the other reason why you're skinny. Watch this video I don't want you to plateau hard.


This is just saying to focus on muscle hypertrophy over strength

They’re pretty much the same thing unless you’re a professional athlete and training in an advanced level.
