Back to gymcelling for about a month before I was MMAmaxxing for a couple months wanted to try something but I got bored of it. Now I'm back at it to add more size to my body, 10 to 20 pounds should be fine 
I don't have a scale a guy told he'll get it for me and its been more than two years. Still waiting on it

So here are my lifts for right now
Dead 225 for 3 reps
Squat 204 for 7 reps
i haven't done bench press yet instead I was doing dumbbell press. I'll bench again next and update my lift for bench press
I haven't done overhead press yet but I'll do it next week just been busy with stuff but I'll do my best to make time for it
