Depends on what’s more appetizing
At first i wanted sugar then right after i kind wanted salt but wasn't really sure i was also a bit lazy tho didn't wanted to cook so just ate sugar food like i wanted at first but then realized i needed salt so cooked something and then i again ate sugar just in case cause idk was feeling weird but feel like it was just placebo not sure.

Idk if i can always trust my cravings tbh

Sugar as in what? I like a large glass of fruit juice or soda along with a main protein, that usually satisfies everything
