I will be making like 700 euros a month and I finally can afford a diet and not eat what my mom cooks and buys
I think I'll start with Ray peat because it's sugar friendly

Can I expect this from Ray peat diet, right nutrients in my body will change my hormonal system and I won't be insecure anymore?
