I bought alpro brand
They have good tasty vegan chocolate milk
And no animal cruelty, not a single cow tortured for me to enjoy my meal

True, I’m going on orange juice only diet to save the animals 👍

True, I’m going on orange juice only diet to save the animals 👍

Start the day with green juice and yoga
You can skip breakfast, so you can digest all the fiber from juice (you will have gas problems, but its good signs that your body cleanses from toxins)
Then you can eat lentils with brown rice and some vegan meat
And repeat it again
Thats what I do, I am just now experimenting with adding breakfast aka oatmeal with bananas cuz I already fart much less than I did when my body did major detoxing from standard American diet and especially meat foods
