So I went to the gym today did my Chest

It has been a while since I bench. Today I bench 135 for 3, I used to more reps a couple months ago

I lower the weight to 115 did 7-8 reps for 4 sets

My workout was solid but the equipment I wanted to use was taken

Mirin. Keep up the work and EAAAAT. Don't over eat but make sure you get enough calories. Also are you doing pull ups?
