How aware are you of your own physiology?

With estrogen, I get heat waves and a bit of spontaneous itchiness, likely caused by histamine

Cortisol and adrenaline: I feel cold and sluggish

Serotonin: I feel withdrawn and foggy

Thyroid: I feel warm, euphoric, fuzzy in a good way, almost as if I’m slightly levitating and sharp.

I feel it really hard when something wrong rn that's all. That's cause im already kind of fucked and in a state of discomfort most of the time so when somethings wrong add up it just aggravate everything else.

Before when i was normal I either tended to overreact to something when it wasn't that bad or either ignore some signals i shouldn't ignore about my body cause i wasn't sure it was something bad or what it really mean .

Like i remember i took cold showers every day for a year cause i thought they were good for me. I could sense something off with my energy and stress at some point thoughts it might be this but i wasn't sure so kept taking them despite obvious disconfort.

I also used to jogg or overall focus too much on stamina exercise like that at some point too. I could kind of sense i was exhausting my Body. I was more lethargic, less powerful and quick but i wasn't sure, what if im just lazy making excuses so i kept doing it.

Yeah, the chain stress response can easily multiply itself in a hypo state.

Have you checked for any vitamin/mineral deficiencies? Assuming you already have a pro-metabolic diet.

Oh yeah, I can relate, jfl at all of that lactic acid accumulation and thyroid suppression, the good news is that our entire organism is able to regenerate, so be optimistically aware of that

No, i kind of gave up overwhelmed by everything and don't have energy. Im going to have to be active soon tho so im planning on getting everything straight during this time but im not sure how it's going to go and if i will be able to keep up and succeed in my current state. If it doesn't work out it is what it is anyway

Was absurd i remember i forced too much one time and at the end of a jog my chest was hurting like hell couldn't see properly and felt like fainting had to sit on the ground

Do you at least avoid PUFAs and hard starches, brah? Most of the time, all it takes is to get the ball rolling.

Do not have money to afford being selective with what i eat and not in a position to demand from people living with me. That's why im planning to get everything straight when im active getting money will be able to buy what i want ect it's easier. I tried getting the ball going multiple times but couldn't, i can't even always eat when im hungry and im a lot of time in a state of hunger . Starving for a long period is also one of the reasons i ended up like that in the first place it's a vicious circle.

Im aware if I need to sleep, stretch, or take in more protein to restore my muscular strength. Everything else is a mystery to me.
