Primal diet as in a diet mainly consists of muscle meat?

Muscle meat has a lot of phosphorus compared to calcium, iron, PUFA and tryptophan, so it’s anti-metabolic when consumed as a main protein source

Blood has a lot of iron, on the contrary, if you donate blood, your metabolic rate should increase since your removing iron from the body
