Iv learned to cut them some slack. They're immigrants that lived a hard life and worked hard in this country, they want us to assimilate properly but also don't want to lose their cultural identity.
they want the best of both worlds. have a successful children while holding the ethnic mentality that children are slaves to work on the farm and raising them as such.
