  • The right tools
  • The right amount of glucose (the more, the better) in combination with the modification of the needed energetic demands of said goal

I mentally refer to these 3 guidelines almost daily when I’m tasked with any sort of goal/problem. It’s incredibly useful and I hope anyone who reads this also finds it as useful or tweaks it to their context.
