Beans can be an issue since they're hard to digest and lead to endotoxin formation. Have you measured your vitamin D levels? Have you tried eating liver and oysters weekly?

I haven’t been going hard on the beans so I doubt it but maybe bread or rice is doing it No I haven’t it could be vitamin D tbh Iv been sleeping on liver and oysters tbh Are mussels a subsitute for oysters? The canned ones aren’t that good

Mussels are a good source of selenium, but when it comes to zinc and copper, compared to oysters, not so much. Try 4-5oz of liver and evaluate how you feel afterward.
