I’ve started eating beans almost daily a few months ago and since then I’ve noticed that my cognition has dropped, my overall well-being has dropped, and my average body temperature has dropped around 4-6 degrees, but my digestion has somewhat improved due to the amount of fiber I’ve consumed.
I’ll be cutting beans out and replacing them with wheat bran now as I intended since the start but found beans to be more economical.
