Looking for a job? The Houston Independent School District is hosting a services job fair on Saturday, July 30, at Jack Yates High School.
The district’s service job fair will be held at 3650 Alabama St. 77004 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
HISD is searching for bus drivers, custodians, crossing guards, plumbers, electricians, and technicians for maintenance, HVAC, and telecommunications personnel.
HISD said it will provide $2,000 to bus drivers who have a commercial driver license and can start work Aug. 22, 2022.
