I barely notice that im eating a high protein meal. I can easily get 50 grams from a bag of high quality jerky.

yes, that's why muscle meat should be balanced with a few other foods with calcium and the pro-metabolic amino acids

too much phosphorus compared to calcium activates the PTH and makes it leech calcium from your bones
oh ya that calcium phos ratio has to be tight. u think estimating off food is enough or get a blood test

depends, with things like thyroid function and calcium blood levels, they aren't always tooexactly accurate but they can definitely help
