does manual labor improve or wears out your overall fitness ?

jobs like shelf stocker/storager/supplier in which you do lots of heavy lifting and walking
for about 7 hours a day

does it build muscle or make you lose muscle mass?
how does it compare and contrast to regular workouts?

Depends on the job I’d say

I think it usually damages your joints and shit cus your not lifting with good form in labor jobs your lifting things to get the job done
