The hormones in milk are a health concern for many people. Men may worry about whether milk increases their estrogen levels and risk of prostate cancer.
The small study of just 18 participants found that the female sex hormones significantly increased while the male sex hormones decreased in men following the consumption of cow's milk. Estrogen levels increased significantly in all participants — men, women and children.

Apart from the ‘feminising’ effect that dairy and meat can have on men, they also increase the chances of testicular and other kinds of cancer, due to increased levels of oestrogen.

Studies have shown that men who consume more milk and dairy products have higher levels of estradiol, a 'female' hormone. This can lower the body's production of testosterone—the primary male sex hormone—with the effect of raising voice pitches, increasing male breasts and erectile dysfunction

let's start by clearing a few of these terms up.

Estrogen isn't a sex hormone, but a stress hormone.

A few studies actually found that milk contains a small amount of progesterone (protective hormone) and it's calcium, sugar, and protein content are protective

I'll find the studies right now and share them.

and this is Peat's response to this question:

[ESTROGEN IN MILK] High estrogen, relative to progesterone, interferes with lactation, and the enzymes that convert estradiol to the less active estrone and estriol are increased by progesterone. The amount of estradiol in milk is usually much less than one microgram per liter, and it's concentrated in the cream, so low-fat milk has very little estrogen. The cow's diet is probably a more important factor in the estrogen content of milk than pregnancy. The information in that abstract isn't enough to tell whether the study was done properly.
