All the foods listed are fine except for the cold fish and fiber. Their collective and progressive culture may also play a role; a similar factor in East Asia where lifespans are also above average. What would your opinion on omega 3I've read that write-up before. I'll address the assertion that PUFAs aren't needed according to Peat.
If they are, they're present in all food making it almost impossible to develop a deficiency outside of laboratory conditions - if we put aside the potential that the animals tested developed a true EFA deficiency rather than a B-vitamin deficiency as is currently theorized.
I think I've read that omega 3 competes with 6 negating some of it's harmful effects but omega 3 is still harmful in it's own right, just less than 6.What would your opinion on omega 3mega 6 ratio be? Essentially all irrelevant?
