Depends, usually from gelatin/pork rinds and milk, mainly.

But today, most came from a little bit of pork rinds, milk, beef, ice cream, cheese and coffee

Gelatin is only deficient in two amino acids, Tryptophan and Cystine, both anti-metabolic and pro-inflammatory, because of this, gelatin should actually aid in building lean mass
