It’s annoying af counting macros
I usually stick to just counting protein

I just eat enough carbs to get a solid workout in, usually from rice or oats

I kind of neglect fats, I mean i eat eggs and red meat so it should be enough

How many eggs do you eat a large whole egg has only 5g of protein

You must be eating a shit ton of egg and liver
I only eat 2 eggs daily, I’m mostly getting my protein from milk, and sometimes pork rinds or gelatin

1 gallon of whole milk as around 130 grams of protein not to mention a huge amount of fat
