And by carbs, I’m assuming starches? And how do you even measure bloat?
Probably, I am aiming to cut the off only sticking to rice, chicken and tuna. Also protein bars and protein shakes

Try replacing starches with sugar. Chicken and tuna are a bit on the unsaturated side, also, the tryptophan in protein powder can easily cause inflammation. And regarding bloat, consume enough salt, unironically. But just do what feels best for you, tbh.

Well I do care about collagen, I am doing a lot to preserve my collagen like red light, retin a, peptide cream, peptide powder and vitamin c

A big part in keeping up the collagen cells is reducing stress, so avoiding the stress metabolism promotes the renewal of collagen + enough vitamin A and light
