Deputies with Harris County Sheriff’s Office are investigating after they said a woman was killed and a man was injured in a shooting an apartment complex in west Harris County Wednesday.
Deputies received reports about a shooting at 14100 Rio Bonito Rd. around 2:25 a.m.
Authorities said when they arrived at the scene, they found a man and a woman that had been shot. The man was transported by Life Flight and the woman was pronounced dead at the scene, HCSO said.
Homicide investigators are working to determine what led up to the shooting.
