I believe it should be organic extra virgin olive oil. What are good brands to buy that provide high quality olive oil?

I guess going by taste and smell is your best way to get high-quality olive oil, though cooking with it makes it prone to oxidation.

I think glass bottles are also better than plastic bottles to buy it in.

Micro plastics are mostly present in meat because of the processing and wrapping

They’ve been linked to penis and ball shrinkage as well as over all low testosterone
