The first of the week started off with a wild ride involving a stolen ambulance. KPRC 2 Investigates’ Bill Spencer was first on the scene and stayed until the suspect was arrested. We’ve also closed the chapter on a case we’ve been following for decades. Our team was in Huntsville with the family of a Houston police officer for the execution of his killer.

Other team highlights this week:

  • What is being done about the daily issue of catalytic converter thefts across Houston?
  • Home video security systems vulnerable to hackers.
  • The issue of missed trash pickups and what can be done to fix this common neighborhood complaint.
