Gov. Greg Abbott holds a news conference in Eagle Pass, near the Texas-Mexico border, to discuss border security efforts on Monday.

In a news release, Abbott will participate in an aerial tour the southern border with officials from the Texas National Guard and the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The tour will begin at 4 p.m. with the news conference set to begin at 5 p.m. KPRC 2 will provide a livestream in the video player above.
