Crime Stoppers is hosting a press conference Wednesday with Jim “Mattress Mack” McIngvale and other area leaders to discuss public safety challenges and solutions.
The news conference is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. KPRC 2 is carrying a livestream of the event.
Crime Stoppers will also announce a “Houston Crime Index” from the organization’s new research center, which will provide more support for law enforcement.
