Jeremy Peña was the hero on Sunday afternoon, delivering a walk-off home run in extra innings to send the Houston Astros to an 8-7 win over the Toronto Blue Jays.

The home run was Peña’s third of the season. The win snaps the Astros’ four-game losing skid.
Houston now heads on the road to start a four-game series that gets underway Monday night against the Texas Rangers.
