Houston police released surveillance video of a robbery inside an office building in southwest Houston.
Security footage from the office building captured the entire incident. On Wednesday, Jan. 19, at around 12:00 p.m., the victim is seen walking into the office building. A man in gray trails behind her. While waiting for an elevator, the man walks up to her, forcibly snatches her purse and pushes her to the ground. Then, he runs from the building and flees the scene in a black Dodge Charger with tinted windows.

The victim told police she believes she was targeted. Before the robbery, she made a large cash withdrawal at a bank located in the 9200 block of South Texas 6. She then drove about 12 miles to the 6200 block of Savoy Drive. She believes the black Dodge Charger and a blue Chevrolet Malibu may have been following her.
The victim described the suspect as a black male, 20 to 25 years old, 5 feet 11 inches tall to 6 feet tall, and weighing 150 pounds. During the assault, he was wearing a gray Nike hoodie and gray pants.
