SWAT and hostage negotiators with the Houston Police Department are assisting officers with the Jersey Village Police Department after receiving reports of a barricaded robbery suspect that shot at officers at a hotel.

It happened at the Quality Suites hotel located at 17550 North Freeway around 2:10 a.m.

According to Jersey Village PD, the suspect is wanted for robbery and shot at officers at the scene.
