Normies still falling for the Vegan Meme

Ppl still eat meat in the America for lunch as
far as I know. I remember in school the meals had meat but they did have a vegetarian option for students and staff

The reason they have vegan option only is because it's the best stander for students who eat Halal. Students who are Hindu's a lot of them are vegetarian, or just vegetarians. As well as groups of ppl that don't eat meat. These vegan only menu's are most likely in the big city so it's going to have it's diversity

He said that they would reduce meat i remember.

They are talking about implementing 2 days where it's only vegan at lunch in schools and to ban red meat rn
Source to any articles

I don't think it's an Agenda, it could just be Karens and staff with high power in the school board that happen to vegan or religious. That put this rule in order if true

Translated :
Since 2016, the canteens of primary and nursery schools in Limoges have adopted one vegetarian meal per week. At the start of the school year, the offer could be extended to a second meal, every fortnight.

Between 5,000 and 5,200 kindergarten and primary school children eat in the canteen every day. And on Monday, the meal is vegetarian.

The town hall is considering inserting a second day without meat and without fish, in September 2022, with two tests in June.

On Thursday, June 16, there will therefore be vegetarian lasagna on the menu, and two weeks later, tomatoes with a lentil and rice filling.

Less meat and more organic is the goal to be achieved in the capital's municipal canteens. This Tuesday, May 31, the project is submitted to the vote of elected officials and must be implemented by 2027.

Audrey Pulvar, assistant to Anne Hidalgo in charge of sustainable food, agriculture and short circuits, presents her project to the Council of Paris. Its ambition is to offer more sustainable food and at least two vegetarian meals in canteens every week by 2027.

Less quantity but more quality
By investing in a 100% organic canteen, the goal is to reduce the amount of meat on weekly menus, to make way for quality vegetables. Audrey Pulvar wants the products to be 100% from demanding labels such as Organic Agriculture or Label Rouge. The short circuit is also preferred, 50% of food should be produced within 250 kilometers of the capital.

The town hall of Paris has two perspectives on this project, health for some and ecology for others. On the one hand, eating less meat is supposed to reduce the risk of obesity, cardiovascular disease or even cancer, on the other it is above all a question of reducing greenhouse gas emissions which contribute to global warming.

As a reminder, during her first term, Anne Hidalgo had already activated one vegetarian meal per week in the 1,300 canteens managed by the city. The Climate and Resilience Law of 2021, this device is mandatory throughout France. In all, 53% of the products offered already have a quality label.

Removing red meat from school canteens makes these meals more “sustainable” by reducing their carbon impact, says INRAE. The nutritional quality of the dishes would not be degraded by opting instead for white meat or fish. Another avenue mentioned by the researchers: increase the frequency of vegetarian meals. We give you the floor in our Tuesday poll: for or against removing red meat from school canteens?
