Authorities are responding to a scene where they say a suspect has crashed their vehicle after leading police on a chase from Galveston to southeast Houston Wednesday afternoon.
According to police, the chase began after the suspect reportedly stole a vehicle at an Acadamey store located on the Galveston Seawall.
The chase ended on the Gulf Freeway near the South Loop, officials say.
The suspect was reportedly arrested and has since been taken into custody.
