A man accused of sexually abusing a child for several years in Houston is still on the run and police are asking for the public’s help to locate him, according to the Houston Police Department.
The fugitive, Jose Luis Orozco Delgado, 60, has been charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child.
On April 28, 2021, police said officers responded to a report of sexual abuse at a residence in northwest Houston. During the investigation, the child allegedly told investigators that Delgado sexually abused them from May 26, 2015 to May 25, 2018.
Now, Crime Stoppers need the public’s help in getting him off the streets and into police custody. Crime Stoppers is offering to pay up to $5,000 for information that will lead to his arrest.
