Prometabolic recipes: A recipe lacking mitotoxic ingredients like seed oils, starches, and other antimetabolic fillers.

Sweets:

This recipe can be followed traditionally as it has no harmful ingredients.

Flan: 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, preferably skim
1 cup of milk
3 (or up to 6) eggs

Pancakes: 1 cup of milk powder
1/3 cup of Milk
2-3 tablespoons of sugar
1 egg

Mix and cook in butter or coconut oil
