Have your legs fully spread when sunning your balls. Makes a huge difference.

Legs close together with balls out isnt as effective.

If you don’t wana be seen lay a blanket or mattress under the window where the sun shines through and lay there with balls out.

Make sure the window is open not sun shining through the glass

Redlight doesn't have the UV part of the spectrum so you don't produce vitamin D, which I think is one of the factors in the T boost from sun exposure, it still activates the cytochrome enzyme though.
