Two people were arrested Wednesday after a reckless driver crashed into several cars in North Miami Beach.
According to police, the driver of a dark grey BMW slammed into several cars along northeast 163rd Street.
The driver then sped away, police said, before hitting a tree.
Authorities said the driver and a passenger tried to make a run for it, but both were tased by officers and taken into custody.
No injuries were reported.
The area around Northeast 163rd Street and 12th Avenue was closed while police investigated, but the road has since reopened.
