A man is now charged with murder in connection with the June death of Houston pastor Rev. Ronald K. Mouton Sr., of East Bethel Missionary Baptist Church.
Mouton was shot and killed by another driver during a possible road rage incident on the Gulf Freeway at Gould Road on June 24.

According to court documents, the suspect, Deshawn Longmire, is now charged in the case after a witness saw Longmire and Mouton arguing out their windows while in traffic, then saw Longmire stick his hand holding a gun out of the driver’s window and shoot. He is in custody and held in Harris County Jail.
Court documents revealed that Longmire is an Uber driver.
