Aventura police are investigating after they said a man broke into a bank Wednesday morning using a sledgehammer.
The incident happened at the Bank of America at 19645 Biscayne Blvd.
Police said the suspect, identified only as a Black male, is in custody.
A motive remains unknown at this time.
