The intersection of Broward Boulevard and Andrews Avenue has been shut down after a crash involving multiple vehicles, Fort Lauderdale police confirmed Tuesday morning.
Cellphone video taken at the scene shows a yellow tarp covering what is believed to be a body in the grass near the road.
Police said westbound traffic on Broward Boulevard is being redirected. Drivers are asked to use Northeast Third Avenue and Fourth Street as alternatives.
No other details about the crash were immediately released.
