I’ve always been a skinny guy. But after having Covid-19 around Christmas time, I became even lighter, and that’s when I knew for sure I needed a change.
On January 1st 2022 I was 96 lbs. @ 5’7”
Now I’m at 107 lbs.

For those wondering, all I’ve done is start eating more (peanut butter and milk as a snack, more protein rich dinners) and doing workouts daily.
