I know it’s lack of commitment in the gym that’s killing me and too many calories/carbs
your diet didnt seem to have much carbs besides yogurt
but again keto and IF is said to help with resetting your insulin response or something

Well I would have a big bowl of oatmeal and rice in addition to my protein sources.

Sometimes bread to make a sandwich.

I think I need to be more active in sitting for most of the day and my gym seshes are lacking in intensity.
