- Dnipro strikes, Kyiv strikes, Odesa strikes
  - Three people are killed and three others are injured in overnight Russian strikes on Kyiv Oblast, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast and Odesa Oblast, Ukraine. (Al Jazeera)
- A report by the Center for Strategic and International Studies shows that there have been approximately 1.2 million Russian casualties and at least 500,000 Ukrainian casualties during the war.
