• Epic Games v. Apple
  • A U.S. district judge finds that Apple wilfully violated an injunction in a case brought by Epic Games. The injunction was supposed to block Apple from anti-competitive conduct and pricing, opening the App Store up to outside payment options. (BBC News)
• Kenyan parliament member Charles Ong'ondo is shot to death in Nairobi by unknown gunmen on a motorcycle in an apparent assassination. (BBC News)
• The Supreme Court of South Korea overturns the acquittal judgement of Democratic Party presidential candidate and former leader Lee Jae-myung over violation of election law. The court orders the case to be sent back to Seoul High Court. (NBC News)
