| The director of Municipal Services of Villagrán, Guanajuato, Miguel ÃÂngel Noria Huizache, was shot to death this Tuesday morning in the La Venta neighborhood. Armed men fired several times at the Jetta vehicle he was driving.àAfter he left his home in the company of his wife heading for the Municipal Presidency. The attack against the official, 39 years old, occurred around 9:00 in the morning.
