Wang is due to leave from East Timor on Saturday.Wang had hoped to ink an <a href="https://apnews.com/article/suva-fiji-wang-yi-china-bb340b0386872a711ef6bb6c6468a73f" target="_blank">ambitious multilateral deal</a> with 10 South Pacific nations this week covering everything from security to fisheries.
