Police in La Marque said Friday they found a young boy wandering in the 200 block of Westward last night on the night shift.
Authorities said they couldn’t find his parents, but that they think his name is Owen and that he said he’s 3 years old.
He wasn’t able to give police much information, but he is Hispanic, is approximately 3 feet tall and approximately 35 pounds. He has brown curly hair and brown eyes.
He is wearing a green and coral striped tank top and green shorts with rainforest designs. He is also wearing navy Nautica shoes. He also has a small birthmark on his lower right side.
